Product Uploader now GA for developer users

The Product Uploader feature is now generally available for all Marketplace Managers and Developer users.

Previously, developer users needed a specific configuration setting to access the Product Uploader feature, as it was not enabled by default. With this update, the Product Uploader feature will be available to all developer users automatically, removing the need for any additional configuration.

This enhancement streamlines the product management process, ensuring where Developers can also seamlessly upload and manage products. This improves overall usability and reduces dependency on specific role-based settings.

To support this update, a new button Bulk Add is added to the developer’s product page UI.
